Dr. Iudica is a former Head Start Director and Pk-12 principal with a passion for system-level impact. She supports agencies with research-informed services, including community needs assessments, annual reports, strategic planning, finance, program design, grant-writing, and technical assistance. Her customized support helps early childhood programs and K-12 systems align their vision with measurable outcomes and lasting quality improvements.
